No matter your musical background, you are welcome at River Raisin Chorus. If you can read music, that’s great, but it is not necessary. Tapes are provided to assist you.

We will provide the help, and you will provide the desire and determination to discover the fellowship and joy of barbershop music. We all participate because of the challenge, the education, and the friendships.

Each year River Raisin offers two opportunities to “get your feet wet”,
so to speak. Every year River Raisin performs at the Monroe County Fair. Guests who have visited during the summer and have learned two songs (with choreography) are invited to join us on stage. Prior to the Christmas holiday season, a special guest night provides the same opportunity to learn with us in order to take part in Christmas “sing-outs”. But don’t wait! Join us soon and take part in the fun.

We meet every Monday from 7:15 to 9:45 at Iceberg Heating and Cooling, 111 N. Telegraph Rd.  Monroe, MI   48162.    Come and join us for a fun evening of song and fellowship.
